How is it Delivered?
A coach will work with you on a one on one basis for a total of 10 hours. This time is normally spread over 1 hour blocks to allow you to implement the processes and knowledge shared in each session. The coach will guide you through the structured CHC programme using a resource binder that contains hundreds of templates, instructions and practical examples of how to get good people and how to keep them.
This means you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You’ll save a massive amount of time by implementing a proven system and by utilising the help of someone who has huge experience in doing this.
At the end of the programme you can keep the binder and refer back to it as you need and want. You will also get a CD-ROM with NZ based, useful templates you can alter and amend to create your own job descriptions, performance standards, coaching reports etc
