The first step is for us to have a conversation. By talking together you will get more of a feel for the organisation and the system and the wonderful world of coaching! At the same time we will be able to make an initial assessment as to your suitability for Red Hot.
STEP 2: Comprehensive information pack:
Based on the outcome of the initial conversation we can send you a comprehensive information pack about Red Hot and the Franchise system.
STEP 3: Franchise document and disclosure agreement:
We then issue you with a franchise agreement and disclosure document. These provide you with an in depth explanation of the terms and conditions of the Franchise as well as other essential information:
STEP 4: Your due diligence:
You complete your due diligence on the Red Hot franchise system.
STEP 5: Our due diligence:
We complete our due diligence on you including behavioural based interviewing, reference checking, practical tests and psychometric profiling.
STEP 6: You start training:
The last step is for the franchise agreements to be signed and for you to begin your Red Hot training. You are then ready to operate your Red Hot Business Coaching Franchise.
