We make a promise to all our clients that they will get the truth from us – even if they don’t want to hear it. Think of us as a mirror being held up in front of you. In that mirror you’ll see the imperfections as well as the beauty of your business. Once you’ve embraced what needs to be changed – you can begin making meaningful enhancements to your business. And sometimes seeing the imperfections can be a little painful…
We’ll also do that while having as much fun as possible. After all if you’re not having fun – you’re not doing it right.
Face to face coaching
At Red Hot, we don’t believe in fobbing you off with phone-based coaching. It might be efficient for other coaches – but it means less value for you. ALL our coaching sessions are face-to-face – after all, how much body language can anybody read over the phone (and if we’re going to truly make a difference together to your business we have to understand exactly what you’re saying – and not saying).
We’ll meet at your business sometimes and at other times we’ll suggest you come to our offices and meet in our meeting rooms. Often getting out of the fog and distractions of your own business is just what you need. Of course that can only happen after we’ve spent time with you in your business so we can understand the environment you're in and the constraints that imposes on you.
Not a magic wand...
The Red Hot Business Coaching process is not a magic wand that will solve all your problems and remove all your stresses at once. You will still have to work hard, perhaps even harder by adopting this programme. However the coaching will assist you to:
